We are an official dealer for many of the worlds leading brands in the industry, and only use the best quality replacement parts, tools and lubricants available.

We repair and service all types of bikes (Road, Gravel, Hybrid, MTB, BMX, Kids) with Electric Bikes or Motorized bikes being excluded.

We have access to the best MTB Suspension Servicing facilities, Carbon Fiber frame repairs, Professional Wheel Building and much more.

Terms and Privacy Information

Point Cook Cycles complies with the Commonwealth of Australia Privacy Act 1998 and does not disclose personal information other than to facilitate the purchase and supply of products or services from Point Cook Cycles or where required to by law. Information held is stored securely.​

Warranty and Returns
All new items purchased at Point Cook Cycles, are covered by the original Manufacturers warranty. If you believe an item may have a fault, please contact us with the following:
*proof of purchase
*description of fault
*photo's of the item

(Please contact us first, before returning any items, as some issues may be resolved instantly).
In some cases, items may have to be returned back to the Manufacturer for assessment, before an outcome is determined. We work as promptly as possible, however some cases take longer than others to resolve.
Examples of outcome of a warranty claim:
*full replacement of the item or
*item will be repaired or
*if the exact item is no longer available, a suitable replacement will be provided or
*a full refund will be given
*please note, no action will be taken if the warranty claim is declined by the manufacturer, and your item will be sent back to you. Point Cook Cycles will cover the postage cost for this.
For all other returns, we offer a 30 day period from date of purchase for returns, on new items, that have not been opened, or used, and are in the original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please contact us first, with proof of purchase, and for approval, before returning any items.

Workmanship Guarantee
​
When your bike is repaired or serviced with us, you'll receive a full 14 day workmanship guarantee. If any related work is not quite right, and only if it is related to workmanship, and not wear and tear or damage, we will fix the issue at no extra cost.
